Kale Chips

1 lb. kale, stemmed and torn into pieces
4 tbsp. of garlic-infused olive oil
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Toss all ingredients in a bowl. Line kale evenly on a baking sheet.

Bake for 6-8 minutes.
